How long will it take to receive my order?

Typically, it takes 2-7 business days to receive your order. We’re doing our best to deliver it promptly for you.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a tracking link. This way you can follow your purchase all the way!

Do we ship to places other than US or Canada?

Yes, we can deliver to Canada, but the customs clearance procedures need to be handled by the buyer. The estimated delivery fee for a single product is around $35. The specific delivery fee depends on the actual delivery distance.

How do I change or cancel an order?

Idlespace will make every effort to process orders within the stated time frame. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us via email within 1 day after the order is placed. We will then do our best to assist you in resolving the matter. Kindly note that the refund does not include currency conversion or credit card fees. Please note that once an order has been sent out, we won't be able to handle its cancellation.

Do I need an account to place an order? 

An account is not needed to place an order. However, your email address or mobile number will be needed to place an order, to keep you informed on the status of your order.

I live in Hawaii , can you help with delivery?

We are sorry that we are unable to ship to addresses in Hawaii (HI), Alaska (AK), Puerto Rico (PR), American Samoa, Guam, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

Why does the discount code not work when I pay?

Discount codes cannot be used again for products that have already been discounted. Discount codes cannot be stacked!
