Shipping policy

Shipping Destination:

Currently we only ships within the United States. We do not support international shipping at this time.

Order Fulfillment and Carrier:

All orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse located in Ontario, California. We work with reliable shipping partners such as DHL, FedEx, and USPS to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Shipping Costs and Free Shipping:

Standard shipping is free for orders over $199 (pre-tax total). For orders under $199, a flat-rate shipping fee will apply and will be calculated at checkout.

Order Processing and Tracking

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can also view your order status and tracking details by logging into your account on our website.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery times range from 3 to 5 business days after the order has shipped. However, actual delivery time may vary depending on carrier performance, local weather, and other logistical factors.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. To cancel your order:

  • If you have an account: Log in, go to "My Orders", and follow the cancellation steps.
  • If you checked out as a guest: Please contact us at philips.ddl.usa@idlespacetech.com as soon as possible.

Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Order Changes

If you need to update your shipping address or other order details, please contact us before the order ships. Once an order is shipped, changes cannot be made.

Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address entries.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at philips.ddl.usa@idlespacetech.com and include your order number and relevant photos. We’ll assist you with a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Split Shipments

Depending on product availability and warehouse logistics, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. Please check your email for individual tracking numbers.

Shipping Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, peak shipping seasons, or other carrier-related issues. If your tracking has not been updated for more than 5 business days, feel free to contact us for support.
