Great safety guard! Get it now!

I bought a Philips retrofit lock 1 month ago and receive an accessory. I didn't know how to install it and just contacted the customer service. I was so delighted as to how patient they were! The accessory is actually a door sensor, it could detect my door status. I can check it though the Philips Home Access app. Oh, here I have to say that the app is really a wonderful creation, I love its convenience, timeliness, and its powerful function. No more worries about my home security!!! Just so amazing!

Reliable customer service

Have to say the customer service is really a great surprise. bought a black one but received with a silver lock. Contacted the customer a few muns later, they promised will send me a new one with the color I want. Good service, quick express. Love it!
