Phillip door lock looks gorgeous, look expensive than the actual price. However they sent all the wrong part with that unit, that is a bit embarrassing for a big company. We have to fish back in the garbage looking for spare parts.I couldn’t return it since I already threw my old one away, sadly.

My daughter loves it

I have this lock for 8 months now. The lock is easy to install, fingerprint works very well, batteries last long time. I specifically wanted a lock without Wi-Fi, Alexa, Google Home etc for security reasons. The mobile app is only to generate a one-time code that can be used in case of emergency if you don't want to provide your master code. People are complaining about missing Alexa capability, but it is not advertised as "works with Alexa".

Works great and so convenient not to have to dig in purse for keys

This keyless entry works great for us as home owners, but also because of how it works for our real estate agent with showings. For us, it's a simple fingerprint to unlock the door, but for our agent who has our key in a lockbox they can simply slide the round part in the front to expose the space where the key goes for entry. This is a nice feature that doesn't require you to set a code for each time someone wants access.This is not a wifi based unit where you can assign codes (pins) for people remotely like we have at our STR, however it says you can assign a one time pin remotely but we couldn't make that feature work and since it's not a rental we didn't care. But you can assign up to 50 fingerprints for access, 20 pins AND still have the key to access it.This Philips lock looks good, was easy to install and works great for us.
