This keyless entry does decently well. The door is compatible with a single cylinder deadbolt. Using the app is necessary to use this to its full potential. You can create one time pins an unlimited number of times which is nice. Up to 20 different pins and 50 fingerprints which is more than enough. Activating privacy mode locks everyone out which I really liked. I also really appreciate that the lock can be charged on the outside in case batteries die. Unlock only takes three seconds. The lock can be set to auto lock between 30-180s. You can also press and hold any key for a two second auto lock. It can be mounted for a left or right handed door. Overall, this is a decent keyless lock that works well and has several nice features.

Installed this on my garage service door and it works great, it was pretty easy to install and also easy to program your code. There are lights and an audible noise that assures you that you programmed the code in correctly or incorrectly and also informs you that the door is locked or not locked. This is battery operated, there is a USB C port on the outside half of the lock where you can plug it in to charge the battery up so you are able to get in if it dies on you which is a great feature since there are no physical keys that came with this. I also like the ability to set multiple codes that way my fiancé can have her own code to enter the garage.

Ordinarily, I would prefer to rely on good old fashioned lock and key - digital locks seem too easy to hack in today's day and age. However, since our basement door is behind a garage which is behind a gate, I felt that was acceptable - and to make it easier for folks who needed to come in without a key (e.g., myself after locking myself out or my parents who drop by).

This was easy to install for the most part. No extra drilling or holes required for my door. The lining up of the box was a little finicky but got it right after a little while. Agree with others that the battery does seem to drain somewhat quickly which is a concern that it could lock me out one day.
